With demand rising, the number of new product launches in Turkey increased by 28% between 2020 and 2021. 2 Last year’s most popular category was hot beverages, which accounted for 20% of all launches, followed by juice drinks (8%), carbonated soft drinks (6%) and RTDs (3%).
