Born from the vision of Luigi Prevosti in 1922, since then Prealpi is at the forefront of innovation in dairy solutions for the Italian and international markets. Burro Chiarificato and Dinki processed cheese are the company’s most recognized products with an important growth trend in the international markets.
New product design and new recipes will be presented at Anuga, following increase demand for fresh, sustainable, upcycled products from the company, which has always been closely tied with its roots and effects in the local community, with various projects on economical, environmental and social levels.
