We gave our visitors an interactive fair experience with special recipe presentations, recipe conversations and flavor shows with our chef. WorldFood Istanbul, which attracted great interest, was also an important platform for foreign visitors to discover Ak Gıda.” Başar Hamamcı explained Ak Gıda’s plans for the outof-home consumption market as follows: “With the contribution of our new launches in the EDT market, we achieved over 50% growth in tonnage in 2022. We reach out-of-home consumption professionals with our widespread distribution network covering every province in Turkey and the expertise of our sales teams. We also take part in fairs such as WorldFood Istanbul to introduce our professional solutions specific to the out-of-home consumption market and chefs.”
