Saudi’s Alesayi Beverage Corporation has signed a €7.6 million ($8.07mln ) deal with Tetra Pak Arabia to procure and install processing equipment for its 200,000 litres per day beverage production facility in Jeddah.
Tetra Pak said in a press statement that the new facility, which will use solar power and technologies to reduce water and energy consumption, would be fully functional by the first quarter of 2024.
This agreement was signed on the side lines of Gulfood in Dubai
Sheikh Mohammed Ali Alesayi, CEO and Chairman of Alesayi Group said: “Our partnership with Tetra Pak will help us further diversify our offerings and provide us with sustainable beverages solutions that we can supply to local, regional, and international markets.”
