The California Prune Board (CPB) is heading to a series of forthcoming international exhibitions as it continues to cement strong relations with trade partners from around the globe.
This month, the Board will be showcasing the premium nature of California Prunes at Gulfood, the world’s largest annual food and beverage showcase, which takes place from 20th-24th February 2023 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
Situated in the USA Pavilion, the CPB stand will demonstrate the provenance and nutritional profile of California Prunes as well as their versatility in use as an ingredient and snack.
In March, the CPB will exhibit at FOODEX Japan, as it continues to boost awareness of California Prunes in its largest export market. The F&B exhibition is being held at the Big Sight Hall in Tokyo from 7th-10th March 2023 and is expected to attract more than 30,000 visitors.
The CPB concludes its early 2023 schedule of events with participation in the Natural Organic Wellness conference and trade show (CHFA NOW), which is being hosted by the Canadian Health Foods Association in Vancouver between 30th March and 2nd April 2023.
Esther Ritson-Elliott, Director of International Marketing and Communications for the CPB says: “California Prunes represent a huge opportunity for importers, buyers, distributors, and retailers looking to build on consumer desire for nutritious, versatile, and plant-based foods.
“We’re delighted to be taking part in all three of these prestigious events. Our interactive stands will showcase the ‘California Difference’ and act as a hub for us to be able to connect with existing and prospective trade partners from across the globe.”
Representatives from the California Prune Board will be on hand at Gulfood to welcome visitors to stand S3-F53 in the US Pavilion, Sheikh Saeed Hall 3.
