From single machines to integrated systems, the product portfolio includes equipment for process and automation technology as well as for primary and secondary packaging. Large well-known companies from the pharmaceutical, food and confectionery industries appreciate the reliability of DIENST machines. Since the end of 2011, DIENST has been part of the POLAR Group, a family-owned company with more than 100 years of tradition in mechanical engineering.
The German company combines the high demands on process automation with the experience of its engineers, technicians, service staff and cost calculators to create a solution concept that is always geared to customer requirements and the needs of individual markets.
With its four production lines (Side Load, Top Load, End of Line and customized solutions), DIENST automates almost all processes in packaging technology. With new developments, such as the standard cartoner P³, the range is constantly being expanded.
Market leader in the packaging of frozen pizza
Based on the many years of experience of our engineers, especially in the packaging of frozen pizza, DIENST has developed a special standard cartoner for side load. Almost 70% of all frozen pizzas worldwide are packed by their machines, such as the P³. Like all cartoners from DIENST, it is user-friendly and handles the products particularly gently. It features an outstanding balance between performance, format range and reliability. With its many features, DIENST has created a base that combines individuality with standardization, thus enabling a unique selling point in the packaging industry.
DIENST can also look back on successful projects in the non-food sector: In 2022, for example, a completely autonomous packaging line for e-commerce logistics was developed and successfully implemented at the customer’s site. For the German manufacturer VARTA, DIENST developed a sustainable solution for reusable, pure cardboard packaging of batteries. Beyond that, DIENST has many long-standing customers who are always happy to place new orders because of positive experiences, both human and technical.
