Premium Series:
These products are produced only from organic certified fruits and juices. They do not contain sugar, glucose, artificial sweeteners, or additives. They have an organic certificate valid internationally. Instead of granulated sugar our jams are naturally sweetened by boiling with the fruit sugar itself. They are duly prepared the traditional way and pasteurized in glass jars without adding any preservatives or additives.
Form Series:
Jams are produced with the extract of the stevia plant. Stevia is a plant that grows in South America and is used as a natural and additive-free substitute instead of aspartame and similar artificial sweeteners. Another feature of the stevia plant we use in Polenköy’s jam is that it balances blood sugar levels. Form series jams have a thicker consistency and whole[1]grain features. They are suitable for diabetics. Unlike other diabetic jams, they do not contain any kinds of artificial sweeteners such as aspartame and acesulfame.
Pure Series:
Jams are produced from fruits and juices. They do not contain any sugar, glucose, artificial sweeteners or additives. It is certain that everyone has different tastes. But generally, their most popular jams are cherry, strawberry, apricot and peach. They have eleven kinds of jams in our Pure Series. Four of them –sour cherry, strawberry, peach and mix fruits are spreadable and the others have fruit grain properties.
