Fermented Food Holdings, Inc. (FFH) has acquired Great Lakes Kraut Foods’ Sauerkraut business from GLK Foods, LLC (GLK), uniting FFH’s portfolio of premium fermented food brands with GLK’s leading sauerkraut brands and extensive supply chain capabilities.
