Thanks to The EVERY CO., it’s now possible to get all the functional benefits of egg whites without relying on chickens. The company recently announced EVERY EggWhite, the first-ever animal-free egg white product.
The EVERY CO. also partnered with Chantal Guillon to launch the first animal-free macaron, made with EVERY EggWhite. Flavors include Earl Grey, passionfruit, pistachio, strawberry, Tahitian vanilla, and dark chocolate.
