Thanks to its unique flavour coming from the Aegean region, Egemden received the bronze award in the category of quality at the world-renowned olive oil competition London IOOC.
Turkey’s largest cooking oil producer Savola Foods received the bronze award in the quality category at the world-renowned olive oil competition London International Olive Oil Competition with Egemden Extra Virgin Cold Press olive oil. Egemden had previously received an award in the design category with its Gourmet Series Bottles designed by Ümit Ünal in the same competition in 2018, and this time it was awarded for its quality among many competitors.
Over 60 jury members consisting of independent experts from all over the world evaluated hundreds of different olive oils at London IOOC, the world-renowned and Europe’s most prestigious olive oil competition. Egemden Extra Virgin Cold Press Olive Oil stood out among all the competing olive oils and received the bronze award in the quality category.
The Gourmet Series already holds many international awards
Egemden has been proving its success with the various international awards it has won, including the brand’s Gourmet Series Glass Bottles designed by Ümit Ünal winning the first prize among 6,375 competitors in 2019 at If Design Awards, the world’s biggest design competition. Additionally, the brand received 2 Golden Prizes at Turkey’s most prestigious packaging competition Crescents and Stars for Packaging, as well as receiving “Platinum”, “Silver” and “Gold” awards at Europe’s the most prestigious competition, London IOOC, in 2018.
