GESAŞ was established on an area of 22,000 sqm of which 18,000 sqm is closed, in Konya in 1974. It started production of tahina and tahina halva which is a wonderful palate taste of many people. In 2004 GESAŞ was acquired by AŞCILAR company and it aimed to improve itself with new investments. GESAŞ took a name for applying most of innovations with latest technology continue systems and computer controlled full automatic bakery units.
With the developed technology GESAŞ has been manufacturing goods under the standards of TS-EN-ISO 9001:2008 AND TSEN- ISO 22000:2005 Administration of professional, unconditional customer satisfaction, new investments, flabellum of wide productions, giving importance to R&D studies with its strong distribution network in domestic and international markets.

The product range of Gesaş includes sesame seeds, tahini, halva, molasses, hazelnut cocoa cream, wide range of fruit jams, Turkish delight, sunflower oil, corn oil, canola oil, grape vinegar, apple vinegar and lemon sauce.
