Tamek, runs ahead in the Index of Customer Satisfaction in Turkey accolade once more for the third time and was awarded with Golden Sculpture by Kalder and Ka research company. Tamek was given Silver Sculpture award for its top rank in the can, sauce, and paste categories in 2013. The award scheme has been running since 2005 by the bodies mentioned above.
The satisfaction, expectations and complaints of about ten thousands of consumers have been evaluated to rank the brands in the selected categories including the fast moving consumer goods category.
Tamek got 83 points in the evaluations and ranked at the top for the third time.
Selin Sasmaz, manager of marketing communication and public relations of Tamek, said in the award giving event, “We have been producing a wide range of natural and processed foods including juices, pastes, beans, garnitures, ketchups, mayonnaise, cans, jams and preserves of best quality for 59 years.
The index that covers about 27 brands is so important for us that, it now becomes a source of pride for us. We heart fully thanks our consumers who carried our brand at top rank for their choices.
