As a crossing point to new prospects and possibilities Halal & Healthy Products Fair inspired the sector to discover the hidden world of Halal market.
The third Halal and Healthy Products Fair took place in CNR Expo, Istanbul, October 11- 14,2012.The big encounter of the industry with 20 thousand people who are purchasers of the retail, distributor and service industry from more than 30 countries from Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, the Far East and USA met local and global suppliers.
The Halal and Healthy Products Fair is organized by the Sine Trade Fairs Ine, and the CNR Expo Trade Fair Inc. and supported by the GIMDES (Association for the Inspection and Certification of Food & Suppies) which is the member of World Hala Council and the only authorized association in the country for granting the “Halal Certifıcate” to the quaifıed companies. The fair brought the manufacturers with “Halal Certifıcate” and local and international professionas together.
The Halal & Heathy Products Fair was held concurrently with the 14th MUSIAD International Fair and the 16th International Business Forum which was inaugurated by Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, and Turkey welcomed WHC (World Halal Council) members from 40 different countries providing an international paltform to forge business relations and secure business deals for the Hala industry leaders.
Buyukozer has been appointed as the President of the World Halal Council (WHQ Wrth Buyukozer‘s presidency of the World Halal Council (WHQ which has 57 member states, the intemational promotion of the 3rd Halal and Healthy Products Fairgained significant trade impetus. The GIMDES President Dr. Huseyin Kami Buyukozer was appointed unanimousy as the Council’s President in the 10th WHC Congress last year organized in Istanbul simultaneously with the fair. Leaders of the industry such as Erpilic, Lezita, Beyza Pilic Tatsen, Sifa Yemek, Nafıa Gida, Nurcay, Eris Yumurta, Akdeniz Tarim, AVS Tarim, Helal Kozmetik, Helal Dünya Marketleri, and 7K Dagitim, Kandazlar, Ege Technology Chemistry took part in the Halal and Heathy Products Fair.
